- 식별 정보: 성명, 생년월일, 성별, 연락처, SNS ID 등

・応募者本人確認および選考審査（写真・応募書類確認）
・面接・オーディション日程案内および結果通知
・重複応募確認および応募者管理

2. 収集する個人情報の項目

・識別情報：氏名、生年月日、性別、連絡先、SNS ID等
・審査情報：応募部位、身長・体重、過去の手術・施術履歴
・視覚情報：応募者が提出した顔・身体写真（正面、側面、部位別写真等）

・収集日から1年間、または本人の削除要請時まで
・常時募集人材プール管理および再募集時の連絡目的

Real Model Personal Information Collection and Use

Laviche Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”) collects and uses applicants’ personal information for real model recruitment and selection as follows.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

- Applicant identification and selection review (photos and application review)
- Interview and audition schedule notification and result announcement
- Duplicate application verification and applicant management

2. Items Collected

- Identification information: Name, date of birth, gender, contact details, SNS ID, etc.
- Review information: Applied area, height and weight, past surgeries or procedures
- Visual information: Facial and body photos submitted by the applicant

3. Retention and Use Period

- Up to 1 year from the date of collection or until deletion is requested
- For selected applicants, data is retained until a separate model contract is completed; non-selected data is deleted promptly

4. Right to Refuse and Disadvantages

- You may refuse consent for the collection and use of personal information.
- However, failure to provide required information may restrict application review.

Real Model Marketing Consent

Regardless of selection results, Laviche Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”) uses personal information for marketing purposes to provide beauty-related information and benefits.
